1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 who is using the App with your consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to graphics, images, design, logos, software, code, and text, are the property of AITC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part thereof. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the App or its content.

You shall not engage in reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the App or any part thereof, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account through your social media profile (Facebook, Google), or as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during account creation and update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases, including but not limited to virtual currency (coins, gems), and other in-game items. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay all applicable charges and fees. All payments will be processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and not to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Upload, transmit, or post any offensive, obscene, or defamatory content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users of the App.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

8. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute any content you upload or post to the App, including but not limited to your game progress, achievements, and profile details, for promotional, advertising, and business purposes.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AITC, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules while using the App. You must not use the App in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted by law.

11. Third-Party Content and Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites and services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any claims related to the App will not exceed the total amount paid by you for in-app purchases during the six-month period immediately preceding the claim.

14. Privacy

15. Changes to Terms
