Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MazeRoll – Color Puzzle (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. These Terms apply to all users of the Game.

Eligibility and Audience

MazeRoll – Color Puzzle is intended for a general audience and may be used by children. If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game. Parents or guardians are responsible for their child's use of the Game and any actions taken within it.

License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the Game for unlawful purposes

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by AITC International.

Accounts and Access

The Game does not require account creation. You can play anonymously. Progress is linked to your device, not a personal account. Loss of progress may occur if the Game is uninstalled or the device is changed.

Gameplay and Progress

The Game collects gameplay data, including:

• Levels completed
• Scores and streaks
• Session duration and game mode
• Game-over reasons (no-fit diagnostics)
• Purchase history (in-game themes, ball skins)

This data is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Game. Progress is saved locally and may also be synced to cloud servers. We do not guarantee that gameplay progress will always be preserved.

In-App Purchases

MazeRoll – Color Puzzle offers optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not store or process payment information. All purchases are final and subject to the app store's refund policies.

Advertising

• The Game displays advertisements
• Ads may be personalized for players aged 13 and above
• Ads shown to children are non-personalized and age-appropriate
• Ad personalization can be controlled through device settings

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law while using the Game
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Game
• Use automated tools, cheats, or bots

We may restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services for:

• Advertising
• Analytics
• Cloud hosting
• Crash reporting

These services may collect data independently according to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted gameplay
• Error-free operation
• Preservation of game progress

Use of the Game is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITC International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases, if applicable.

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the Game at any time without notice. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AITC International operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
